Refund policy

As the customer, you have the right to return any product purchased within 14 days of delivery and be reimbursed for the full amount within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the product must be in exactly the same conditions (new) as you received it. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return the product to its original packaging, just as it was delivered. If you need more information on how to proceed, please contact our customer service department.
